This is a 2012 Tinker Bell April Birthstone pin that is a limited release. It is in new condition on its original backing board. I have added two little silver-colored bells that are ready to attach as a neckace, to a charm bracelet or use however you choose.
 
Both items come in chiffon pink pouches.
