This is an on set photo of Roland Dupree and Hans Conried doing reference work for the 1953 film classic, Peter Pan. The animators would create the animated characters from their reference work.
 
Roland was the reference model for Peter Pan for all the flying and action scenes. Hans was the reference model and voice for Captain Hook.
 
Roland rarely signed Peter Pan autographs during his lifetime (he passed away in 2015) so it is special to have his autograph from such a classic film.
