This is a Madame Alexander Classic Collectibles Peter Pan figurine with Tinker Bell sitting on his shoulder. This is part of my personal collection.  It was never used, just sat in the box all these years.  It appears to be made of resin and is 5 1/2" high.  It is in excellent shape.  It comes in its original box, but the box has been moved around over the years so it has some dents and creases  on it, mainly in the lower right corner on the front and the lower left corner adjacent to it.  
 
This little figurine makes a great addition to anyone's Peter Pan Collection.
