This is a brand new, mint condition photobook commemorating Disneyland's 50th anniversary. It is titled, Homecoming: Destination Disneyland. This is the collector's edition and is a first edition of 1000 total. The one pictured here is # 964. I also have # 840 available with the same signatures. The book is 179 pages long and primarily in black and white. The author is Carlene Thie, the granddaughter of veteran photographer for the Orange County Register newspaper, Mell Kilpatrick, who took a lot of photos of Disneyland in its early days for the newspaper as well as for Disney.

The book has been autographed by six individuals. They are:
1. Carlene Thie- The author
2. Keith Murdoch- Former Anaheim city manager who helped
    Walt bring Disneyland to Anaheim and also wrote the forward
    to the book.
3. Willie Ito- Gifted Disney artist
4. Beverly Gracey- Wife of late Disneyland imagineer, Yale     Gracey.           
5. Matt McKim- Son of late imagineer Sam McKim . Continuing      in his family's tradition, he contributed to Disneyland Paris,          sculpting rockwork and building architectural models. He
    also worked on Mickey's Toontown at Tokyo Disneyland.
6. Brian McKim- Son of late imagineer, Sam McKim. He drew
     some of the portraits in the book and also worked for Disney       animation.

All of these personalities contributed to this terrific book. The book has a collection of fascinating, vintage photographs of Disneyland. In addition, it is filled with wonderful stories about the early days as told by a host of celebrities, such as Art Linkletter, Fess Parker, Dean Jones, Tim Conway, Don Knotts, and many, many more.
