This is an autographed softcover book by Disney Legend and animator, Floyd Norman. It is titled, How the Grinch Stole Disney.  The copyright is 2005 by Floyd Norman.  It was published by Vignette Multimedia in Los Angeles, California. It is 128 pages in length. Floyd signed this  and wrote "WITH MY BEST WISHES!" and then signed his name underneath. The book is in excellent, new condition and has not been used.  It has just sat in my inventory for all these years.
 
Drawing a series of cartoons and adding commentary, Floyd takes a fun, but historical  look at Disney Studio.  Quoting from the book, "Floyd survived three managements at the Walt Disney Studio. From the days Walt and Roy Disney ran the company, through Ron Miller and Card Walker's rough ride through the seventies, and finally ending with Frank Wells and Michael Eisner taking the reins in 1984" Floyd tells through his drawings what he saw happening at the company.
