Quick! What Disney film does this promotional photo come from? If you answered Return to Neverland, you are right. You've never seen the movie? Ooh, it's one of Disney's gems. Well, of course, you might think I'd say it was because little Tinker Bell and Jane save the day. There I go again giving away the ending of a movie. Sorry.

I'm quite taken with the scene where Tink is so noble she almost dies. What acting! And she wasn't even nominated for best supporting actress! However, it seems that Tinker Bell holds no grudges; just look at the photo we have here. Have you ever seen a happier little elf with the giggles? And Peter himself has "just gotta CROW."

There was only one time that I can remember getting the giggles while I was on the sound stage bringing Tinker Bell to life. Director Marc Davis was sitting in his chair next to the camera and I was working with a pulley cord wrapped round my waist. A prop man was supposed to pull me out of the scene camera right. We had rehearsed a couple of times and all went well. We were ready and Marc called "Action."

I did the preliminary dancing around and then the cue came and the prop man pulled at the cord. But something went awry. I was headed right for the camera and Marc Davis' lap. I missed and landed on the cement floor pulling the prop man after me into the shot. Marc yelled, "Cut" and jumped up to help me. He stumbled. Now there were three of us in a tumbled heap.

None of us were injured in any way. I started to giggle, the prop man started to laugh and Marc started in guffawing. We couldn't stop and we couldn't catch our breaths. People ran to untangle us and they caught the laughing bug. Later we asked that the film be printed so we could view the melee. Turned out the camera jammed and had no picture of the pile up. We broke for lunch.

Oh, dear, I do ramble, don't I? So, it's back to the 8" x 10" photo of Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. The background is a yummy gradated dark and medium blue and Peter is ever the redhead. And Tink is Tink. A unique collectible if I do say so myself.

"Be Forever Happy" is the message I personally hand write then sign, "Tinker Bell." And it wouldn't seem right unless I personally signed my name, "Margaret Kerry".  I was not the reference model in this film,
