This is a brand new exclusive grouping of items that I want to offer to you as a package. Back in the spring of l949, I modeled with Marilyn Monroe and five other girls for a publicity print layout for a magazine ad. In this listing are a few items relating to that day that are exclusive to me plus I added photo and then placed all the items in a folder.
1. There is an 8" x 10" black and white composite photo of Marilyn Monroe and me, Margaret Kerry, in bathing suits standing by the Beverly Hills Hotel swimming pool in the spring of 1949. Marilyn took the photo of me and I took the photo of Marilyn using my little camera. Isn't it amazing how similar our figures appear to be? This photo is titled "The Tinker Bell Myth" because for years (and even today) many people thought that Marilyn Monroe was the model for Disney's Tinker Bell. Of course, it was in reality "little old me" Margaret Kerry. The photo tells a little about this event and the myth at the bottom of the photo.
2. I am coming out with my autobiographical book in the fall of 2012. In this grouping is a copy of the chapter from the soon to be published book- Tinker Bell Talks, Tales of a Pixie-Dusted Life, talking about this episode of modeling with Marilyn. The chapter is typed on quality vellum paper and is six pages long (3 pages printed on both sides).
3. As a bonus, I have added a 5" x 7" composite photo of me posing for Disney Studios as Tinker Bell and the animated result. Also, in the same photo is me today, merrily posing in a Tinker Bell mouse ears hat.
4. The three pieces above will come in a Tinker Bell green-colored folder with a gold label with a Tinker Bell cutout at the lower right of the folder.
This is a very special offering that can only be obtained through me and you shouldn't miss out particularly since August 5th, 2012, was the 50th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe's death.
