SKU: 101-93

This is a very special framed, matted display consisting of a letter handwritten by James M. Barrie and a print of his face plus an engraved nameplate. The overall dimensions of the framed piece is 17 1/2" x 13 3/4 ". As I am sure you know, James M. Barrie was the author of Peter Pan so he is very special to me.

The 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" (approx.) handwritten letter is written in black ink by James M. Barrie on Adelphi Terrace House Stationery and is dated April 17, l923. It is addressed to a Mr. Sichel. (This could possibly be Walter Sichel, an English biographer and lawyer.)

The 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" (approx.) color print of the face of James M. Barrie makes him look quite distinguished.

The entire piece is double matted to a 12" x 16" size with a brass nameplate engraved with the words, "James M. Barrie, 1860-1937."  It has then been framed in a quality, brown, wood frame
